Investing in the energy of tomorrow
Mission
Our Mission
We are dedicated to accelerating the global transition to net-zero emissions by fostering pre-commercial innovation in renewable energy technologies. Our efforts aim to enhance the competitiveness and supply of renewable energy, benefiting Australian consumers, businesses, and workers.
We are committed to playing a leading role in the renewable energy sector. We believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and strategic investment to create a greener, more sustainable future for all. Whether you're a developer, investor, or policymaker, we invite you to join us in shaping the next generation of clean energy solutions.

Our Approach
By establishing a holding company in the United States, we aim to:
- Facilitate the Export of Australian Innovations: Promote and deploy renewable energy technologies developed in Australia to the North American market, expanding their reach and impact.
- Invest in U.S. Renewable Projects: Identify and invest in renewable energy projects within the U.S., leveraging local expertise and infrastructure to drive mutual growth.
- Accelerate Commercialization: Support the commercialization of innovative renewable energy solutions, bridging the gap between research and widespread adoption.
Our Commitment
We are committed to:
- Driving Innovation: Investing in cutting-edge renewable energy technologies that contribute to a sustainable future.
- Building Partnerships: Collaborating with industry leaders, governments, and communities to create synergies that enhance the impact of renewable energy initiatives.
- Sharing Knowledge: Disseminating insights and learnings to inform policy decisions and inspire further innovation in the renewable energy sector.
Investments

With the re-election of the Albanese Government in 2025, Australia has never been more committed to driving a sustainable, green future for all Australians. The government's ambitious targets include achieving 82% renewable energy in the national grid by 2030 and reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.
To support these goals, significant investments are being made in renewable energy infrastructure, including a $2.3 billion initiative to make home batteries more affordable, and a $2 billion expansion of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation to unlock $8 billion in additional investment in renewable energy and low-emissions technologies.
At HCS Resources, we are proud to contribute to this national effort. By establishing a U.S.-based holding company, we are facilitating the export of Australian-developed renewable technologies to the North American market, while also investing in U.S.-based renewable projects. This dual approach not only supports Australia's clean energy transition but also positions our firm as a key player in the global renewable energy landscape. Through strategic investments and partnerships, we are helping to accelerate the adoption of renewable technologies, create sustainable jobs, and contribute to a greener, more resilient future for Australia and beyond.
